To be considered for our co-sign service, you must:
Income: Earn 2.5× monthly rent (or show 3 months of gig income via bank deposits)
Credit Score: 470 or higher
Rental History: No more than 2 rental issues in the past 36 months (must be disclosed)
Timeline: Must be ready to move within 60 days
Criminal History: Only DUI or drug-related offenses are considered
Funds Available: Have at least 2 months’ rent + apartment deposit + admin/app fees
